Verse 19

" The sounds generated by the concheshells of warriors in the pandava's army resounded in the hearts of Dhrtharashtra's people. The skies and the earth reverberated to this sound. "

Analysis:
As described in verses 14 thru 18, pandava army responds to the battle cries of the kaurava army. Verse 19 sums up the total effect
of the reply on the psyche of the kaurva army and sets the stage for Arjuna to ask Krishna to position his chariot in between the two
armies.
Verse 13 sums up the battle cries of the kaurva army. Verse 13 is descriptive and it enumerates the various kinds of sounds made by the warriors. In
contrast, a powerful hyperbole is used to describe the pandava response.
